What we collect
If you create an account, we store your email address, a hashed password, and the display name you choose. If you submit a tool, we store the details you enter, including vendor links and any notes you add.
Why we collect it
Account data lets you sign in and manage submissions. Submission data lets an editor verify a tool against public sources before anything is published.
Analytics
We count page visits on our own server to understand which pages are useful. The counts are aggregate, we do not sell personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Cookies
We set a session cookie so you stay signed in. No advertising cookies are set.
Retention
Submission records and their evidence history stay published so readers can see how a record changed. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Your requests
Email us to access, correct, or delete your account data.
Children
HRAAtlas is a professional reference for HR and People Ops teams and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects your data, we will note the change on this page with its effective date.
